The College of Dentists and Stomatologists of Catalonia (COEC) has recorded a video to make the population aware of a visit to the dentist at least once a year.
According to a survey carried out by the Department of Health of Catalonia, during the last year (2016) only 48% of citizens had visited their dentist. But what’s more, breaking down the results by age groups, we get the same results. Therefore, the lack of awareness is not exclusive to any age group.
In the video the composer, musical director and Catalan interpreter Manu Guix, the winner of the culinary contest Master Chef Junior 2017 Paula Alòs, the cook Ada Parellada and the journalist Elisenda Camps participate.
This initiative is an original and fun way to try to reach the conscience of the people and, above all, of the smallest of the house.
